Contact usThe original painting by Thijs Postma of a Fokker S-14 Mach Trainer.
The S-14 was the first Dutch jet aircraft and also the first jet aircraft in the world designed as a jet trainer that went into production. It made its first flight on May 19, 1951.
Because the United States made huge quantities of T-33 trainers available to the Dutch Air Force, the Dutch Government only ordered 20 S-14s.
This original gouache size is 74cm x 54cm and is unframed / not framed.
