Shipping policy

All orders are shipped for free worldwide! Processed poster orders will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days. This is dependent on the size, frame and material of the product as not every variant is locally available. Most products are expected to be delivered to you within 7 calendar days. We do see however, that shipping itself seems to take a bit longer in the US/Canada than in Europe.

We expect puzzles to take between 4-6 working days for shipping. Mousepads will take around 7-9 days for shipping. T-shirts will take around 3-5 working days and the organic t-shirts 5-9 working days. Hoodies are expected to take between 5-14 working days, where Europe will be faster than the USA.

In most countries production and shipment is done locally. However, in some countries, depending on the products, the products have to be shipped from abroad/internationally. In those rare cases, import duties might have to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Update: Around holiday periods, like the month of December, delivery times can be longer and depends on the moment and region we have noticed. We have seen delays up to 12-14 calendar days in (very) exceptional cases.
