Refund policy
To have a smaller impact on the environment to the benefit of us all, we don’t do mass production nor keep inventory. As you can choose the size of the poster as well as a frame and kind of material on which it is printed, there are many variations possible for each painting.
The works of art on this website will thus be specially produced for you after ordering them based on your specifications.
After completion of payment the order will in most cases be processed automatically.
Unfortunately, cancellation is then no longer possible. The European and Dutch legal reflection period of 14 days will always apply. We always want to keep happy and satisfied customers, so please contact us at info@tpaviationart.com so we can provide a solution. By default the customer is responsible for the postage of the return. Returns have to be sent back to an address in Rotterdam, The Netherlands which we will provide to you by email. Please always contact us first for details.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@tpaviationart.com if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right either by replacement or refund.
