The Fokker D.XXI was developed as a cheap aircraft in the Netherlands in the 1930’s and also sold to the Finnish Air Force who built it under license.
Some Dutch D.XXI were captured by the Germans after the Netherlands was overrun and used by the Luftwaffe.
