Look at that German lying down in the field as this Dewoitine D.520 passes by to inspect it. The Dewoitine D.520 was a French fighter that entered service shortly after the beginning of the Second World War in 1940. It was modern with a good climbing rate and came close to equalling the latest German types such as the Messerschmitt Bf 109. The Bf 109E was faster though, but the Dewoitine D.520 was superior in manoeuvrability.
