The Fokker T.8w was a reasonably modern torpedo bomber. The Dutch Navy ordered 25 of them.
During the German invasion into the Netherlands in May 1940 some were lost and 8 of them escaped to England. Those were assigned to the No. 320 Squadron of the RAF Coastal Command.
Some unfinished Fokker T.8w were finalized for the Luftwaffe and used above the North Sea and Mediterranean.
