EAN:
Study the construction of the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk.
The Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk had radar-absorbent materials that reflect radar energy away from the transmitter.
The F-117 was developed in Lockheed’s “Skunk Works”, where a great number of secret aircraft have been developed.
It became operational in 1983 and its existence was officially acknowledged in 1988. The Nighthawk saw its first military action in 1989 in Panama. During both Gulf Wars it was used to bomb air defence systems.
